Trying to plan a road trip later this week. Best apps to plan the route?

Had a loved one pass and need to drive from Eugene Oregon to SLC. Preferring to plan around not hitting crazy snow storms around bend or E. Oregon, or Idaho.

Any tips?

Weather channel app has a good dollar radar map that helps to pinpoint weather

I think I’m more worried about bad weather on route 20 because it’s so remote
