My FIL comes over right after the kids go to bed with bells jangling and he
shines a flashlight through a red plate to indicate that Rudolph is with him.
It sometimes seems over the top, but my kids still believe and I'm glad that they do.

My parents never did Santa, and I didn't with mine either. I don't really have strong opinions about either way.

I worry a little about teaching kids something is true, and then they find out it's not. It can't be religiously
