My teen just got his driver’s license yesterday.
Is there a grace period before I need to add him to my insurance?
My wife says we have up to 6 months, but I don’t believe that.
Also on a separate question. My other son is away at college without a car. Do I need to keep him on my insurance? He rarely drives (if ever) even when he’s home. It sucks to have to pay his high rates when he’s literally never driving.
