Follow up: I had a leaky “flex line “ they said it would cost anywhere from 200-400 to fix and replace
I spoke with the manager, because this is a 5 minute fix and they installed it. They said they would take care of it this time.
The plumbing industry is a bit sketchy I have found out as prices are all over the place
