Watch out for anything that is a Remingtom 700 style action, those are easy to upgrade over time and fine tune. Bergara is the most prominent maker in your price range.
The Browning Xbolt is a fine rifle with an almost perfect design. My experience though is that you might have to work really hard to get it to shoot small groups.
Tikka is one of the absolute best rifles out there. You likely wouldn't regret it.
Savage makes super accurate rifles at a good price. You might be interested in the Trail Hunter model.
Ruger Americans are really great as well and the parts aftermarket is getting really really good for those as well.
In the end what you buy is what gives you the fizz and you like the most. They'll all shoot pretty good.
