When my daughter was 10, she lost a tooth right before bedtime
My wife was at her wits that day and walked up stairs to my daughter’s room and said “do you still believe in the tooth fairy?”
My daughter said no. Then my wife says “Anything else you don’t believe in?”
My daughter said “I’ve known about Santa since I was 9”
I figured we’d just play it the same way with our younger boys.
