Agree, the slowest car bottlenecks the carpool lane. It's on the far left
For a reason. The whole system is built for traffic flow. It's to reward multiple travelers in car who will keep traffic flowing. It's not "Slower traffic keep right"... "Except the far left carpool lane"
It serves no purpose or no reward for multiple travelers who travel slow, they should just keep to a lane on the right
