It’s worth mentioning that if Boise and ASU lose their matchups, Bama was right and should have gotten a spot.
Or at least everyone in the media, the SEC, and B1G are going to say they were right, and that’s really all that matters.
Not a good year for the G8 (The B12, ACC, and PAC probably belong with the G5 at this point) to completely lay an egg in the playoffs. And it’s a terrible look for the G8 for the two teams with a bye to be 2+ touchdown dogs against at large teams.
