This is the team that stepped up when BYU was begging for games during their independence struggles.

This is the team that always invites the cougars to pray with them after games.

This fan base doesn’t call us ****ing Mormons.

Most of all, this team should be kindred spirits to BYU, fighting against unjust exclusion by members of “the club”. We are indignant over the U’s harping about their AAU status, then I hear all this same thing from us about BSU’s academics. They are young. They are growing. Just like we used to be.

Most of all, they play really good football. They have more impressive wins in their limited history than we do. Watch the Fiesta Bowl this weekend. They’ve been there before, and come out winners against “Power Teams”.
