It’s so weird. The homeless dude on the train, the creepy elves, Tom Hanks

Playing every character, the weird train conductors, the super annoying kid with glasses and the super creepy looking Santa Claus. Oh yeah, and the unnecessary creepy toy puppet scene on the train the scared the crap out of my kids when they were younger.
