Most people use an emulator like Delta then download a ROM for each game
There are plenty of sites to download any ROM imaginable. While there is no enforcement of ROMs, downloading a ROM is not legal. I’ve heard that if you own the game it is legal, but it seems more likely it is only legal if you rip your own game.
