I don't think Indiana was grossly over ranked and BSU is a good team.
Indiana destroyed a lot of teams this year. BSU's only loss was by 1 point on the road to Oregon.
My issue is that this current system could still leave out an undefeated team so I would go to 24 with auto bids for conference champs, just like FCS (which has about the same number of teams). Home games til at least the semi finals
