1- p5 conferences will have 4 divisions with 16 total teams (g5 conferences will have 2 divisions)
2- conference schedules will be set by cfp scheduling committee
3- if conferences elect to have 4 divisions, they will run a 4 team playoff to determine their champion from all division winners (first two weeks of December). All semi final sites will be home sites. May go neutral for ccg

4- all conference champions (this includes g5 too) qualify for playoff, no at large (5 p5 teams, 5 g5 teams)

5- bottom 4 teams (seeds 7-10) play round 1 (similar to first 4 in ncaa tournament).
