Some good points on that thread. Thanks.
One thing I’ve loved about the egg is that they are super durable.

The con is that they mark up every accessory to obscene levels and with that type of grill, precision heat is far from guaranteed, although over the years I’ve gotten pretty decent with it.

My brother likes his Traeger, and his smoked ribs and turkey are all legit. But I don’t want to get something cheap with maintenance or uneven heating issues.
