No. Because there isn't snow, it would be perfect during the day.
I used to bike Moab every Thanksgiving. Some years were colder than others. I've biked with snow even.
The weather has been very mild. It is perfect.... NO LINES at Slick Rock. Lots of restaurants will be closed.
