I always start with the same two words unless the first one is enough
raise and tough
Raise was the answer a little while back, so now I do tough first to see if I can get it in one guess again
All the vowels (except y), and many of the top consonants. I wish I could get N in there though

Completely agree with this. Consonants help much more in narrowing down a word IMO. Having said that, I do usually
