"Truman Madsen served 17 days in the Salt Lake County Jail for running a red light, speeding and driving on a suspended license (the book features a photo of the jail visitation card on page 106). Following his release, Truman Madsen was ordained an elder, received his endowment in the Salt Lake Temple and left on his mission to Boston"
