Really. One guy i listened to says its his favorite way to cook a steak. He does 8 mins a side, no idea what temp. He said that because it's frozen, the outside and inside cook perfectly with the outside being carmelized and the inside being juicy and it turns out exactly how he likes it. Actually I may try that tomorrow for dinner.
