ND, Navy, Wisconsin, Auburn, Northwestern all have great uniforms
Utah has some good ones (the retro ones) and some average ones (their standard jersey template).
South Carolina basically uses the Utah/NW template but something just looks off. Seems like they've had ugly uniforms my whole life, but I can't put my finger on what I don't like about them.
That leaves us (at least in the P4) with Maryland. And those jerseys are so ugly that they're cool...
