If you think your employer is being unfair address it with your boss or HR.

If that isn’t enough then go work somewhere else.

I’m not defending the big corporation here I have my own gripes there - I just don’t like strikes during critical times to force companies to agree.

Don’t even get me started on teachers unions.

Btw I’m not saying it should be illegal or anything. Only that I don’t like when people “strike” as a big group.
