Luke's NFL combine time was 4.42 which is pretty dang fast. I think I'd

differ from your take in saying that his "long" speed was elite but his short / lateral quick burst speed was not. Once he got his legs untangled on the edge - as you correctly note, often because of Doman's mastery of the pitch - he was gone.

But his quickness in space was somewhat lacking.
