OPINIONS I just love BYU so much
Split it up pro-rata based on total comp for each employee.
Or maybe $3k each is probably fine too, but if it were me, I'd probably try to protect anyone who is higher compensated because (I presume) they are more valuable to the company and you'd like to compensate people in a commensurate way to the value they bring to the table.
