It is, and before when he was in PAC12, he couldn't do Utah or BYU. The MWC
was likewise and wouldn't let him do Utah or BYU.
The Big XII does allow him to do BYU games and he did the SMU game.
So your contact that said he was allowed to do Utah games surprises me. I don't know what to think of that.
