I always look and see if I am the only recipient. Many times the email is sent to hundreds of people.
I usually get several of these emails from PayPal each week so I just shut down my PayPal all together. I only used it a few times so it wasn’t worth it to keep it open. If you do keep your account, set up 2 factor authentication
