He didn’t say scholarship reduction. He said it’s a roster reduction. We needed to drop 18 players plus account for
Incoming missionaries.
This means coaches are being selective in the the guys they are bringing in which means we aren’t casting a massive net right now.
The admin are also working on at least a couple of starters to get another year of eligibility.

Most teams lose contributors. BYU loses a few players. Rarely any from 2 deep
