Totally threw Lawrence Kasdan and JJ Abrams treatment in the trash. After the Last Jedi, Abrams was brought in after Collin Trevorrow backed out of the 3rd film because the Last Jedi screwed everything up. Abrams was left just trying to do something and Rise of Skywalker was the result. If they had followed Kasdan's treatment, 8 and 9 probably would have been much better.
