Every sport would have to change so dramatically we wouldn't even recognize them. Refs aren't paid to enforce rules, they're paid to manage the game and call it fairly.

As much as we all hate it when objective calls go against us, we don't recognize when they go our way. If you read the rules manuals you'd understand how in every sport there are fouls on every possession or sequence. No sport is expected to be played within those parameters and Refs use their judgements to know when to make calls and when not to make calls.

There's a reason replay on subjective judgements calls is a failure.
