honestly though, Volbeat and Illumise should have been Bug/Fire and Bug/Electric types instead of just plain bug, as a play on firefly or lightning bugs. Just straight bug type is boring, their stats suck, and they have no utility whatsoever except for Volbeat learning Tail Glow, and he's the physical attacker! Just horrible designed filler pokemon. At least make their typing interesting.
