I’m in the throes of hell with this sinus infection. By far and away the worst one I’ve ever had. Sinus rinses aren’t working. In fact aren’t making a dent with the blockage like in the past. Hot showers to loosen the blockage up and blow it out aren’t working.

Took NyQuil and hasn’t even phased it or help me sleep. Been up all night. This sucks. I don’t have time for this! Too much to do and too dang busy.
