If hospital care was like 90% cheaper there would be an argument.
There's too much out of your control. You don't know when some idiot is going to run a run light, when you're going to tear your ACL playing basketball, or encounter any endless possible health issue that a young healthy person could experience.

I was a little shocked that he had white rice on his plate instead of brown rice on his recent dinner pic.

White is fine as filler but it's still more processed. Brown rice is considered whole grain with more nutritional value.
