The passing game is about much more than Hurts.
He's about 10 notches down from a guy like Josh Allen, but he plays behind (arguably) the best offensive line in football and has AJ Brown and Devonta Smith as primary targets.
It's not so hard.

We saw yesterday what happens when the team decides to throw. In the first half, Hurts was 12/13 for nearly 150 yards and a 153 passer rating.

He finished the game 25/32 for 290 yards and a passer rating of 125.3

They haven't thrown as much as most teams because it hasn't been necessary.
Yesterday, the Steelers clamed down on the Eagles run game and Hurts threw all over them.
