where would you get the best jump on the next stage of your career? Where will your career most benefit?

I work in academia so see a lot of sabbaticals from colleagues. The best ones change their careers for the best. Those that just go on vacation ... come back the same. Don't do that!

My last sabbatical was in the Netherlands and Slovenia (yes, there for really good PD reasons). Anyway, if you have questions about which countries are great for living with your family, message me. I've also had my kids with me in China when I taught there in the summers, and I've done work in South America too, so I have some thoughts about living in all these places with kids.
