Lauterbrunnen. Those three Swiss villages (Grindelwald-Zermatt-Lauterbrunnen) are near each other and nothing else on the list comes close. You could add Murren to the list as well. It sits on the top of the Lauterbrunnen cliffs and is only accessible by tram and train.
