where they want to do food, I often volunteer to cook it all. I even have a printed copy of my food handlers permit (I keep it current even though I'm not working commercially as a chef anymore) and post it on the wall near the food to help out people at ease.

I just want to make sure no one gets sick and can enjoy the event.
