We saw it took last year's team multiple years in the same system with the same coach for everything to click. Even with the several of the key guys from last year, a new system and a several new teammates still takes time to get used to. Maybe in the future, some of our veterans who know this system can better help the younger guys out. I'm thinking there needs to be a lot of strong leadership with the multiple year guys. I'm hoping that the coaching staff can figure out a way to integrate new players quickly and make everything work as quickly as possible going forward.
