BYU made a mistake to send out that email so late. It doesn't make sense to me. They will have agents inside the Delta
to help, but I'm not sure what kind of help they can provide???
Here is what BYU said:
"If you need assistance with your tickets, BYU Tickets employees will be at the northeast corner inside the Delta Center at 5:30 p.m."
