do anything to improve it, especially with the atrocious courts they put down during it.
Funny thing is the talent level is probably higher than it has ever been. They really need to play up some of the rivalries.
But the current stars are mis-aligned- Jokic is an all-timer but he is so disengaged with the theatrics of the game it makes it hard to build around him, LeBron is on a team that is sliding into irrelevance despite his continued high level of performance, same with Curry. Miami is mid. Ok State is uber-talented but they are small market and their stars are fun, but not tip of the lip for casual fans. Boston is good but boring. NY really is the only hope for a good, large market team that has some personality to stir the pot and create some noise that spills over into the larger media market.
But then all of us have to put up with even more Stephen A. Smith, so not sure if its worth it.
