No. I typically work more than 40 hrs. Especially if you include phone calls,

emails, and some days having to stay later.

For that reason I have no problem leaving an hour or two early on days with drs appointments or kids activities.

I don't hide it either. For example my boss knows I leave at 4 every Wednesday so i can coach my kids basketball team.

Gotta have the work-life balance.
