“AJ! We made this sign just for you! Do you want it?” And it just says welcome home with the ROC logo. He clearly was not interested in holding it but she was just pushing it on him.

The girl next to him was trying to tell him something that I couldn’t hear, but based off of how she had been cheering during the game.. I doubt she really knew anything about him.

But the worst part of all is that the whole group of girls around him (mind you these are ROC board members) had not been cheering much at all the entire game until he came around. Then whenever they did cheer it was chanting “score board” obnoxiously high pitched after any made basket by Fresno State. I’m always down for a good score board chant if the game is chippy or if you are getting on the nerves of the opposing bench, but this was a blow out and they kept chanting it while the rest of us just wanted them to shut it.
