In all seriousness, start by getting appropriate medical treatment. There shouldn’t be any talk of settlement until you
know your scope of treatment. Time is on your side.
A good PI attorney would be helpful at netting you more even with their fee.
Their insurer will be writing you the check, but they are not your friend.
