La Caille, Capital Grille, Takashi, STK, (I think Valters is permanently off the list now). Others that are less well
known (but most of the guests are wealthy)... Provisions, Antica Sicilia, Frank's, Log Haven, and Table X (and an honorable mention to Mazza... Admittedly I like it more than most.. there just aren't many Halal options in SLC).
