River cruise & big red bus tour. Seriously. Cheesy but they'll see more w/ less hassle. If picking one museum, D'Orsay
If one religious site only, St Chapell (but get a ticketed time slot).
Many things are just drive by anyway & they'll enjoy it more if not doing the driving.
