Ya they will learn what Carvana learned.
Also, vehicles are delivered at the dealership apparently which says this program is a better website but still have the same digital retailing issues. Franchise laws are pretty strong.

In the car business we have learned that people come into the dealership with what they are looking for based on internet research but a percentage that is not small choose something different when they get to the car lot and it starts all over again.

That is not everyone, but we see it a lot.

Carvana has lost millions, they partnered with an auction and still have poor results. Yes those are used cars but the retailing is the same for both.

Should be interesting maybe.
