No, I don't think that happens. I have a good friend who used to work for Whittingham (not for the least few years). Say what you want about him and his vestigial tail, but he is obsessed with football and wouldn't offer Issac based on Zach's success. Would not happen. Full stop.
CountryFriedCougar or whatever he calls himself these days is wrong. Now, if he works for the Utah program and has inside knowledge: let's hear it. But he doesn't, so why bother listening?
