Big12: 2 teams tied for 2nd to worst record in conference. Utah and Arizona not bowl eligible.
ACC: best former PAC12 record is 2nd to worst in conference. Stanford’s only OOC win was Cal-Poly. Stanford nowhere close to bowl eligible.
B1G: only Oregon avoided a conf. losing record. UCLA not bowl eligible.
2Pac: OSU was 2-5 against MWC teams and nowhere near bowl eligible. WSU lost to 3 MWC teams, including losses to NM and Wyoming that both have both losing records in conference and losing records overall, even including wins over WSU. Both NM and Wyoming are not bowl eligible, even though they are undefeated against 2PAC.
There are 3 former PAC12 teams that are clearly good to great: Oregon, ASU, Buffs. Several middling. Stanford, Utah, Arizona, Cal., OSU are bad. If you combine those teams they are about the same as MWC, much worse than any P4 conference. The PAC12 clearly dragging down ACC and B1G. BIG12 has 2 of the 3 good teams and 2 of the worst teams.
