Went to her OB (in network) who said "you are being admitted now" Straight to OB emergency intake next door (this was at the U) then admission then emergent delivery. Baby was born at 35 weeks and spent 2 weeks in the NICU. Total bill was about 100k. Insurance covered the OB delivery fee then said NICU was out of network and we should have gone to a different hospital. This was not an emergency (despite being escorted to the ER by the OB office staff).

Been fighting to get them to pay for over a year now. Insurance was .... UHC.
