Journey for my mother in law, recently diagnosed with dementia to a care facility. 7k a month, but only till the price goes up. She saved nothing in life. And Medicare/Medicade isn’t covering anything.

You can say socialized medicine is evil or it creates waste, but the ruinous situation our family is in seems pretty evil too, right now.

The problem with so many ideologues and policy makers is that they’ve never lived in some of these situations that kill/maim/destroy honest, normal people.
