Need divisions in the Big12 even if they don't move to an 8 game conference schedule. I get that TV basically tells them they can't because of inventory, but it sure would be nice.

Also, all of the ridiculous scenarios leading up to the last couple weeks could've been avoided if they just have 2 8 team divisions and have the winners of those divisions in the Big12 Title Game. Easily done.

Division: UCF, West Virginia, Cincinnati, Oklahoma State, Houston, TCU, Texas Tech, Baylor

Division: BYU, Utah, Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State,

Simple enough.
