Kalani is so good at cultivating a culture that players thrive in.

I do not think he has been a great at Xs and Os at any point in his career.

Jay Hill on the other hand is obviously fantastic with schemes, play calling, etc.

The combination of the two is fantastic.

I say we pay Jay 1.5x whatever anybody else offers him to take a head coaching gig. Maybe we can entice him to stay. Our money from donors should be focused more on Jay than any player we could get through the portal.
