Literally all the teams but one in the playoffs
Have had a bad game and lost. Most of them multiple times.
What you can’t do is have two or more and automatically get in.
Who can have two and who can’t isn’t fair but it’s not supposed to be.
College football also isn’t fairly funded either. A few big schools pay most the bills.
